Checking the documents
This stage is for clients who already have the documents needed to confirm Polish citizenship. Such documents are: – civil status records, passport documents, identity documents, military documents, population censuses, voter lists, notarial documents, school certificates, etc. If you do not have such documents that concern your ancestors, go to the offer – Polish citizenship – documents and we can help you to find them.
If you already have documents needed to confirm Polish citizenship, you send them to our address and we work with them in Poland, which means that we make the appropriate sworn translations in Poland, pay the stamp duties, etc.
Applying for citizenship
We will complete the application for you and provide our address in Poland, which is required to submit the application. We are applying in your behalf in Warsaw. Then we just need to wait for Voivode Office decision, waiting time is at least a year.
The cost of the citizenship process is paid in 2 installments of $810 each (plus the cost of sworn translations) and includes:
- preparing and submitting the application in Polish
- guidance on which documents you need to obtain
- assistance in obtaining sworn translations (the client bears the translation costs, which depend on the total number of documents)
- the costs of obtaining certified copies of documents that you have found and which are held in Polish archives
- travel expenses, stamp duties, archival fees, paid access
- correspondence with Archives, Civil Offices, and the Voivode Office
- provision of a Polish address for correspondence with the authorities (a necessary requirement)
