Family Research is the simplest and most intuitive solution to discovering your Polish ancestry. This service was created for those who like clear, easy-to-understand results and transparent rules.
It is designed to help you find information about your Polish ancestors that is reliable and authentic. Our research is based on original documents that we can find using the information you provided. Of course, some records are not available online, but it is not an obstacle for us – we can access the documents that are in the state or church archives, we can visit the parish or contact polish institutions that can help us uncover the paper trail of your family’s life in Poland.
First steps: tell us about your ancestor
Fill out the form below with the information about your ancestor and once we receive it, we will contact you, discuss the goals and begin a free analysis. This analysis will allow us to tell you whether any documents in archives and parishes are available for research (survived till today). You will receive the conclusions of the analysis with your estimate.
Get free estimate
If we find out that the research is possible, we will prepare a research plan and cost estimate. Genealogia Polonica highly values the individual approach to every case explored, so the offer will be tailored to your needs.

Order your research
Once you make your decision, you are one step closer to getting information on your ancestry. Our Family Research is divided into stages and performed step by step. Thanks to that it is more flexible allowing us to adjust to each step’s results and consider them while planning further steps of the research, which may lead us to different places and archives.
Get the results
After the research is completed, you will be informed briefly about the results and the number of photos taken. There is a small success fee for photos that you’ll be billed before receiving full results with the comprehensive report, the photos of the documents we have found, and answers to your questions. You will also get a simple flow chart to better understand the relations between the family members we found.
