Polish Citizenship – documents
Would you like to apply for Polish citizenship but do not have the appropriate documents? This service was created for you!
In order to certify Polish citizenship, it is necessary to submit a form to the Voivodeship Office together with the required documentation, which primarily consists of documents confirming the identity and citizenship of the person applying for the decision, as well as their ancestors.
People applying for citizenship in this type of procedure are most often children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren of Polish emigrants. In such a case, it is necessary to indicate documentation concerning the appropriate ancestors (parents, grandparents) who were born in the territory of the Republic of Poland, present the history of their migration and prove their relationship. Ancestors’ documents confirming the information provided in the form should be issued by Polish authorities or institutions.
Once we find right documents, you can apply alone with another company or continue with us, it’s all up to you! All documents will be certified by Polish authorities, so you can attach them to the application.

Get an estimate
If we find out that the research is possible, we will prepare a research plan and cost estimate. Cost of the research can be divided into 2 installments, one before the research, and second after the research, if I don’t find nothing you don’t pay second half!
Get the results
After the research is completed, you will receive the results. If you pay in installments, you will be asked before to pay the second installment. Then, you will receive full results with the photos of the documents, including certification needed for official proposes. Next, we can answer your research questions and discuss future perspectives
Research is paid
Please be aware that we do charge for our work, and after preliminary analysis you will receive quotation for further research. We are not a non-profit organization. Thanks to this, we can fully use our time, knowledge and skills to conduct professional genealogical research.
